• Workflow configuration and development

• Enhancements: User-Exits, BADIs.
• Data Migration: LSMW, BDC, Custom development
• Layouts: SmartForms, SAP Scripts
• Exposure to Net weaver technology.

Job title: Data Migration Expert

Experience: 11 year+ (atleast 5 years in Pharma industry)

Skill set: Eiza is looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in leading complex data migrations for ITSM toolsets specifically ServiceNow and Remedy On Demand

• Proven experience in working on RFPs in the area of data migration and ITSM consulting
• Proven knowledge of ITSM tools like Remedy On Demand (RoD) and ServiceNow especially the data organization around service modeling, CI classes, knowledge articles, etc.
• Ability to manage diverse teams
• Technical knowledge of tools : SQL management studio for data manipulation
• Ability to analyze and handle large amounts of data and work under demanding timelines
• Proven ability in problem solving, decision making, proactiveness and leadership
